With Ovi Contacts, you can let your friends know what you are doing and where you are. You can also check your friends' status messages to see what your friends are up to. Ovi Contacts is all about keeping in touch with people who matter.

If you have used Nokia Chat you will find Ovi Contacts mobile application familiar.

Following the feedback from the Beta Labs community, we’ve made some tweaks to the Ovi Contacts 1.5 client. The new release of Ovi Contacts 1.5 is available for S60 5th Edition products, and it includes the following improvements:

* Pop-up note for incoming chat messages
* Additional file types for file sharing: contact card & presentation

Note: If you have a previous version of Ovi Contacts installed, please remove it from your device before installing the new version. After installing the client, you should restart your device. To start using Ovi Contacts, you need a Nokia Account. Open the application and sign in, or follow the steps to create an account.
